Reply to your delivery email within 7 days with your receipt page address. If it doesn't work as described, we send a working replacement. See the replacement policy.
I paid but nothing arrived
Open your receipt page, or use the form below with the email you paid with. We check your payment each time you do. Closing Ziina early is fine. More in Payments.
I lost my receipt
Use the form below. We send links to your recent orders to the email you paid with.

I want to change or cancel an order
Once an item is delivered it can't be cancelled or refunded; if it doesn't work we replace it. Reply to your delivery email and we'll help.
