Pay securely with Ziina
Every payment on Subscription Lab goes through Ziina, with a card or Apple Pay.
How paying works
- Put your picks in the cart and enter your email.
- Tick the terms and press Pay. You are sent to Ziina's payment page. It shows “Subscription Lab: ” followed by what you are buying.
- Pay with a card or Apple Pay. Ziina handles the payment.
- You come back to your receipt. Your items are waiting there, covered until you tap them.
Your card stays with Ziina
We never see your card
You type your card details on Ziina's page, not ours. We never see your card number, only that the payment went through.
One payment, one receipt
Pay once for everything in your cart. You get one email and one receipt page.
If something does not work, we replace it
Reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we send a working one. See the replacement policy.
Paid but nothing showed up?
Closing the Ziina page before it sends you back is fine: your receipt link arrives by email as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can open your receipt page again at any time. We check your payment each time, and as soon as it is confirmed your items appear. If it still does not, the Support page tells you what to do.
