What we collect

Your email address, the products you bought, when you bought them, the price you paid and in which currency, and when you agreed to our Terms. If you send a gift, the friend's email and your message. If you rate an order, your rating, comment and the first name you give; if you open a ticket, your message. We also note the country your visit appears to come from, to pick your currency, and which creator's link brought you (only if you accept cookies).

Payments

Card and Apple Pay payments are handled by our payment provider, Ziina. We never see your card number or card details.

Who else handles your data

We use a database provider to store orders, an email provider to send your delivery, and a web host to serve this site. They process your data only to provide those services to us.

Passwords

We never ask for your password for any account.

Cookies and storage

We store your cart, your saved products and your currency choice in your browser. Only if you accept, we also store your last order and the creator who sent you, and we run Google Analytics to count visits (with your address shortened). See the Cookie policy for the full list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site. Google Analytics runs only if you accept.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle replacements and to keep accounts. Ask us to delete yours by replying to any email we send you.

Under 18

Buyers under 18 need a parent or guardian's card and permission.
